Are you a dynamic, self-directed Programme Manager who thrives in complexity and loves driving meaningful change? Do you bring experience in leading transformational programmes – especially in partnership with external delivery partners?
We’re looking for someone exceptional to join our Change team and lead the delivery of high-impact, multi-disciplinary programmes that shape the future of our organisation.
What you’ll do
- Lead the mobilisation and delivery of strategic change programmes, working closely with senior leaders and external partners.
- Drive progress in a busy, evolving organisation—bringing clarity, structure, and momentum to complex initiatives.
- Champion proactive planning, risk management, and stakeholder engagement to ensure business outcomes are achieved.
- Provide leadership and assurance across programme teams, managing dependencies and integrating projects into cohesive delivery.
- Monitor budgets, supplier obligations, and performance, ensuring value for money and strong governance throughout.
What we’re looking for
- Experienced programme manager with a proven track record in digital transformation, organisational development, or customer-centric redesign.
- Experience working with external delivery partners and managing commercial relationships.
- Someone who thrives in ambiguity, brings solutions not problems, and can operate independently with confidence and clarity.
- A strategic thinker who can translate vision into action, inspire teams, and build trust across diverse stakeholder groups.
- A change agent who promotes a culture of excellence, agility, and continuous improvement.
