Welcome to Housing Ombudsman careers
Help us achieve our vision within an inclusive environment in which your strengths and talents are valued
Overview
The Housing Ombudsman is set up by law to look at complaints about the housing organisations that are registered with us. Our service is free, independent and impartial.
We consider complaints using our dispute resolution principles and encourage their use by both landlords and tenants so they can resolve complaints at the earliest opportunity.
We also support effective dispute resolution by sharing our knowledge, insight and learning from our casework to help improve landlords’ services and residents’ lives.
An environment where your strengths and talents are valued
Why join us
Our vision: “Improving residents’ lives and landlords’ services through housing complaints”
Our vision
I would most definitely recommend other people to join the Service. Not only because the work we do makes a real difference to people’s lives but also to have the opportunity to work with colleagues, and an organisation, that really values you, not only for the work that you do but also the person you are.
