In this newly created role as Learning & Development Business Partner within our small People team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the People, Learning & Development Manager with continuous development and delivery of the L&D Strategy, including L&D systems, policy, processes and procedures. You will provide comprehensive and effective L&D best practice advice to all colleagues and take the lead on the day-to-day facilitation of the L&D programme, including managing and developing our LMS.
Ideally, you’ll possess a Level 5 Certificate in Effective Coaching and Mentoring or equivalent, with essential requirements including your proven ability to:
- support the delivery of a learning and development strategy including technology solutions and blended learning approaches that reflects the needs of the organisation.
- research, design, and deliver training/learning and development programmes.
Experience in supporting cultural change programmes is desirable, as is knowledge of the design, delivery and implementation of apprenticeship programmes.
This role offers the opportunity to help shape the L&D strategy within our rapidly expanding organisation, deliver and implement a range of L&D projects, whilst delivering an efficient and client focused service across the business.

In addition to the salary stated, we offer generous benefits including pension contribution, 25 days’ holiday (plus Christmas closure days and public holidays), a 35 hour working week and flexible working arrangements.
